The service I received was OUTSTANDING! David provided me a number for tow service to have my Honda transported to the dealership. The tow service arrived within 15 minutes, took me to get a rental car, and waited for me at the dealership after I picked up my rental car. David called with the result of the diagnostic test, explained my options as well as sharing the cost for each option. He was very professional and answered all my questions. To my surprise, my car was repaired sooner than I anticipated so my rental car expense was minimal. More

By no means did Tim ever pressure me into buying even though I needed a car. His relaxed manner and knowledge I was impressed enough to buy the car.
