And the newer option to apply and pay with Sunbit credit was easy and convenient. My minor issue was between the sunbit payment and newer guy, my 22 point inspection was MIA. Purchased a civic. Went to pick up and the things That were suppose to be fix were not done. Salesman was not a good listener. Working with Tim was great. As this was my first new car purchase this was quite new experience for me. Tim was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. As the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot he walked me through the options available for acquiring it. Tim checked all vehicles on order in an 8 state radius as well as on lot stock and none were the exact configuration that I wanted. In the end there was one the dealership had on order that fit the bill. Tim kept me abreast of its status throughout the waiting period and notified me when it came in. I couldn't be happier with the 2022 Passport Elite and the service I received. I look forward to working with Tim on future purchases. Can't wait to see the new Civic Type R the concept looks stunning. More
I am pleased with my used 2019 accord, however, Honda is in the midst of being probed over their CMBS system in their 2017–2019 CR-V and the 2018–2019 Accord. This isn't an issue with the dealership (Randy in the midst of being probed over their CMBS system in their 2017–2019 CR-V and the 2018–2019 Accord. This isn't an issue with the dealership (Randy Kuehl) but this is a bigger issue for Honda. Some of the class action lawsuits claim they took their car in multiple times for fixes but ultimately Honda could not fix it. Some of the symptoms my car experiences: Random braking on the interstate, Complete disengagement of Honda Sensing and it steers me out of the lane periodically. The team at Randy Kuehl seems to be exceptional but if my car continues to have issues (I barely purchased it a month ago) I will continue to push to have this issue rectified. My CMBS disabled a day after I bought the car (it reset after I restarted the car). I will not accept a lemon of a car. I hope the new camera fixes the issue but if it doesn't, we will have an issue. It's been driven about 40 miles so far with no issue. However, a lot of people online have gone to the dealership multiple times with no fix. It seems that some of the cars are completely fine and some are affected. I'm posting this because I think Honda should be transparent about these issues because it can cost people their lives. Again, love Randy Kuehl but getting a used car that has issues immediately leads credence to the idea that it wasn't tested properly before selling.
