Josh, This is an unfortunate situation for both parties. We diagnosed the issue with the Civic. And had the rear window resealed per American Honda Motor Company repair process. Our Honda Rep was informed of the concerns you had and declined to participate outside of repairing the issue with the rear window seal. I would encourage you to continue to work with American Honda Customer Service as they will reach out to Randy Kuehl Honda for repair procedures taken. Unfortunately since American Honda holds the warranty on the vehicle we can only complete the repair per their instruction. I would be more that happy to address the issue with your seats and the interior trim piece.
