Scheduled an appointment to view a used car. They knew we were coming in to view and test drive the car. As we are pulling in, we see the car being test driven by someone else during our appointment time slo were coming in to view and test drive the car. As we are pulling in, we see the car being test driven by someone else during our appointment time slot. Talk about being angry (1.5 hour drive there), but we decided to give it a chance anyway. Test drove the car and the only issue was the brakes were spongy which is generally, but not always indicative of needed the lines bleed or new pads or shoes. I was told that it went through their inspection process and the brakes weren't flagged, but I knew better. Think they would take a bit off knowing the brakes needed fixed? Nope, but again generally a cheap repair. Our salesman, I won't get a car from him again if it was free. The car ended up needing a master cylinder, new rear calipers and work done to the E-Brake. Messaged our salesman in hopes they would respond and no response whatsoever. Customer service at it's finest. Never again. I should have known better. Was tired and looking at cars and settled. Worst decision ever. Our finance manager was great though. More
