Scheduled an appointment to view a used car. They knew we were coming in to view and test drive the car. As we are pulling in, we see the car being test driven by someone else during our appointment time slo were coming in to view and test drive the car. As we are pulling in, we see the car being test driven by someone else during our appointment time slot. Talk about being angry (1.5 hour drive there), but we decided to give it a chance anyway. Test drove the car and the only issue was the brakes were spongy which is generally, but not always indicative of needed the lines bleed or new pads or shoes. I was told that it went through their inspection process and the brakes weren't flagged, but I knew better. Think they would take a bit off knowing the brakes needed fixed? Nope, but again generally a cheap repair. Our salesman, I won't get a car from him again if it was free. The car ended up needing a master cylinder, new rear calipers and work done to the E-Brake. Messaged our salesman in hopes they would respond and no response whatsoever. Customer service at it's finest. Never again. I should have known better. Was tired and looking at cars and settled. Worst decision ever. Our finance manager was great though. More

Tim Carson did a great job helping me find a new used car after my current one was totaled. He offered some good perspectives not just on Hondas, but other used cars they had for sale on the lot. I felt like after my current one was totaled. He offered some good perspectives not just on Hondas, but other used cars they had for sale on the lot. I felt like I had a good selection of cars to pick from that would have met my needs, not just a good selection of Hondas. And at the end, he went above and beyond to help me get my rental car returned and driving my new CR-V as quick as possible. It was a good process from start to finish, and I appreciated it. Would definitely recommend Randy Kuehl to any friends or family looking in the near future. More

Brand new car with factory defect, leaking water into cabin under seats, staining rear seats plus who knows what else after sitting 200 days with water intrusion. Will not replace seat. We came in knowing what we were going to buy, if we were going to buy a Honda. Jon showed us what we wanted to see and didn't push anything that we weren't interested in. Mike in Finance made the process quick and convenient. The trade-in offer was competitive with the private party market, which shouldn't be a surprise with the supply-chain shortages, but it was still pleasant to see an offer that was fair and didn't make me reconsider trading in the old vehicle. These are the type of folks you want to do business with, and we're fortunate that they're also selling some of the most reliable cars on the market. More

This is my 3rd CRV that I have bought from Randy Kuehl it is an awesome dealership. My last 2 CRV I have dealt with Chanin Dirks, will not deal with anyone else. He did a fantastic job.
