I started looking around at cars with Mark who pointed me towards a Honda Civic after spending the past 4 days looking and testing out other cars. After a little bit of waiting and I was still unsure to pull the trigger so the next day I came in and met with Tim and Justin, both were extremely helpful encouraging me to test drive my civic a few more days to get a better feel and check with my wife to make sure it was the car for us. Mark, Justin, and Tim walked me through all the steps I needed to do to make sure me getting rid of my old car and to the new civic was as painless as possible. After we decided on everything Jason went above and beyond out of his way to break down everything involved in the buying process, sometimes explaining paperwork 2-3 times and going over every package option available to fit my needs and comfort level.
