Overall, the experience of purchasing a vehicle with Randy Kuehl Honda was very smooth, efficient and straightforward. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because there was little to no room to negotiate any of the pricing of the vehicle (which is likely because the car was brand new), but mainly because the way some of the financing terms were worded to us initially. Example - When pricing was initially quoted, it was all built around monthly payment options and wasn't too straight forward about the total itemized expenses, interest tiers and how much you actually pay over the duration of the vehicle loan. We were able to figure all that out eventually (largely because of talking with Jason in Finance and crunching the numbers ourselves). Outside of that, working with Crazy Chris was a breeze. He is very nice and knowledgeable about Honda's down to most minuet detail, which was wonderful because you felt there was no question specific to the vehicle that he couldn't answer. I'll be curious how service department experience goes in the future in regards to vehicle maintenance, but for now, I'll say that we love the new vehicle, are glad we waited for it to arrive and would recommend our friends and family to work with Randy Kuehl Honda for their future vehicle needs.
