Went for an oil change scheduled a week out. They did it have my oil filter when I brought my car in. They didn’t tell me and when I kept asking they kept saying they were working on it 2-1/2 hours later I have my oil filter when I brought my car in. They didn’t tell me and when I kept asking they kept saying they were working on it 2-1/2 hours later I finally get my car back and then I hear of the missing filter. My appt was in the afternoon so they could’ve told me they didn’t have the materials and let me reschedule. No apology, no discount for losing 2+ Hrs of my life.
