Went for an oil change scheduled a week out. They did it have my oil filter when I brought my car in. They didn’t tell me and when I kept asking they kept saying they were working on it 2-1/2 hours later I have my oil filter when I brought my car in. They didn’t tell me and when I kept asking they kept saying they were working on it 2-1/2 hours later I finally get my car back and then I hear of the missing filter. My appt was in the afternoon so they could’ve told me they didn’t have the materials and let me reschedule. No apology, no discount for losing 2+ Hrs of my life. Seriously thinking of going somewhere else for oil change More

Everyone was very kind and helpful; however, we came from out of town to look at a couple of specific used cars and we were told they would be available that Saturday to look at and only one was available so out of town to look at a couple of specific used cars and we were told they would be available that Saturday to look at and only one was available so we were a little disappointed about that. We did end up leaving satisfied and leased a car even though that was not at all our initial intent. Jon was amazing and did a great job explaining the lease option and helping us evaluate to make a decision. More
