Very happy with the sales experience with salesman Tim Carsen. I'm very unhappy with the service department for the unsatisfactory condition of our brand new car after it was returned to us. The new car Passport had filthy Weather tech floor mats that I had installed myself the night before. And the car was returned with rap music blaring when I started the car. It was like someone had taken it out for a joy ride. Totally unacceptable. One last item-the sales team would not show me the invoice for the vehicle, only the supposed invoice number. Every other dealer we went to had no problem showing us the dealer invoice. This is not a transparent way to sell a car in good faith. More

This was the best service experience I have had in a very long time. I feared damage to my ‘practically new’ three year old CR-V when I ran over an object in the road on the trip back from Colorado a day ea long time. I feared damage to my ‘practically new’ three year old CR-V when I ran over an object in the road on the trip back from Colorado a day earlier. My service adviser, David George McCus, took me to where the car was on the lift to show me that there was no real damage. He did this to ease my mind. A very nice gesture. More

Only thing that could have been improved is to have more than 1 courtesy vehicle / courtesy vehicle driver. He has to cover a large radius and makes extended wait times an issue for both drop offs and pick than 1 courtesy vehicle / courtesy vehicle driver.
