Had a warning light problem with the airbag. Service department was great in getting my car in to check out the problem. I was not happy with the cost to repair the problem, but who is? My wife's CRV was making an odd noise, so we took it to a tire place, thinking it was tire related. The tire place said the tires were fine and recommended taking it to the dealership. We dropped it off at tire place, thinking it was tire related. The tire place said the tires were fine and recommended taking it to the dealership. We dropped it off at Randy Kuehl and they ran a diagnostic to determine the issue. They stated the issue was due to excessive inner tire wear and recommended we replace the tires immediately. I have had multiple tire places look at the tires and neither one saw an issue with them. The tires are only a couple years old and have less than 20,000 miles. Randy Kuehl did not actually identify the actual issue (brake pads sticking to rotors.) Either their diagnostic is complete garbage or they were lying to us hoping we would panic and buy new tires from them. Finally, they charged us $60 for an oil change we never asked for. I bought a car from Randy Kuehl back in 2015 and have been very happy with it, but this is my first time using their service department and will also be my last. More

While the service provided by Randy Kuehl is absolutely outstanding, the follow up after a simple oil change borders on intrusive. Emails, texts and phone calls begin immediately, overlap and continue. The Dealer Rater system is an absolutely pain to use. I don't want to have to maintain an account and log in just to respond. Some phone calls originate from the dealership but most don't and I don't answer unknow callers. I've now updated my password, logged in and reached my 25 word narrative minimum to say that I love the service but the follow up needs to dial it back a bit. Dealer Rater is not adding to the Randy Kuehl customer experience! More
