Several months ago my elderly neighbors were confused, due to hearing problems, with their Lincoln car issues at RK Honda Sevice. I took their car over to the service dept. and Paul went above and beyond due to hearing problems, with their Lincoln car issues at RK Honda Sevice. I took their car over to the service dept. and Paul went above and beyond helping me and demonstrating the problems this couple didn't understand which allowed me to clarify and resolve their issues. Fast forward to Mothers Day week! I was attempting to get my wife a car by the weekend and failed miserably at another dealership for a variety of reasons. On the way home (9:00pm) we drove thru the RK Honda lot and decided to stop by the next day. Without an appointment I walked into Paul's Service Dept. office, reminded him how we met months before and asked him to find me a good salesman that has time to talk to me and my wife. Drove away 2 hours later with a new Honda Passport thanks to a very patient Tim Carson (Sales) and a very helpful service dept.!! Thank you Tim Carson, Paul Thulin and Randy Kuehl Honda.
