Not only was he competent and knowledgeable every person I interacted with made me feel comfortable. Chris, my salesman, was a dream to work with. Not only was he competent and knowledgeable, but you could tell that he was genuinely interested in the product he was selling. He gave me needed guidance while exploring the vehicle with me but also let me poke around myself, which lifted a lot of pressure. While we were waiting on the clerical part, he told me about his informative youtube channel, his three kids and his adorable ferrets. He was a genuinely enjoyable guy and has many interesting stories to pass the time. Mike in finance also did a great job of making sure I didn’t feel confused by anything. He explained every financial aspect to me, reassuring me that my questions weren’t dumb, and made sure I knew exactly what I was paying and why. I left feeling like I knew what I was buying and felt confident that I was getting a good deal! In addition to providing excellent service, Mike is hilarious. While I was mostly working with those two, everyone at the dealership seemed to be in good spirits, and quite a few people said a passing “hello.” The general manager Nate even made a point to stop by and introduce himself. It was a pleasant experience working with Breck, did think my used car was worth more as they now have listed at $5,400 more than they gave me. Really surprised that after driving from dealership to ou think my used car was worth more as they now have listed at $5,400 more than they gave me. Really surprised that after driving from dealership to our house (60 miles) we had to put in 9.4 gallons of gas to fill tank. As gas mileage showed we should of gotten 27 mpg. Love my car More
