Hello, Were these repeated inaccuracies a result of diagnosis on the same issue you were having with the vehicle? I would like to look into the situation but require some more information to look up your account and figure out what has transpired up to this point. When we diagnose a customer complaint we follow the diagnostic service manual provided by the manufacture that designed and built the vehicle. On a few occasions this does not always provide resolve and an additional visit is needed to complete the repair. In these cases we communicate with the manufacture to provide feedback on the diagnostic process. In some instances the manufacture will participate with the additional repair. I would ask, if you wish, to place a call into the dealership and ask for me if you are interested in continuing a look into this issue you had or are having with your vehicle.
