Overall, good experience. Tim did a great job with the sales experience as he was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Mike did a great job answering questions for warranties and financing. The one major complaint I have was Tim agreed to $XX,000 price, and when we were getting ready to sign the papers, I noticed it was $XX,300; when I inquired for the difference, he said that they did a small upgrade and that $300 was the difference. When I said we agreed on the price and that $300 more was not originally agreed upon, he said that it was out of his hands; I am upset that the $300 extra was hidden and added after the agreed upon price.
