Bought my new 2020 odyssey and the service team scratched/ruined my infotainment screen. When it was replaced, it seems like they didnt notice the new one was also scratched. I will be dropping my scratched/ruined my infotainment screen. When it was replaced, it seems like they didnt notice the new one was also scratched. I will be dropping my odyssey off again to get fixed. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very helpful in getting this issue resolved and I am hopeful they will get this issue resolved and corrected. I love my odyssey otherwise and have had a great experience otherwise so far. More

We bought a new CR-V. Tim was very helpful and patient and took a lot of time familiarizing us with our new vehicle.
