Set up an oil change appointment and everything went well. Fast and easy and real nice waiting area with comfortable seating. Took less than than one half hour and out the door I went. I worked with Tim Carson and it was an overall great experience. i’m 18 years old starting out, however i’m not the average 18 year old. With that being said, I was very anxious about the whole car shop experience. i’m 18 years old starting out, however i’m not the average 18 year old. With that being said, I was very anxious about the whole car shopping thing. I test drove a vehicle with tim 3 weeks ago actually, and i just was not feeling it. I told Tim that i needed to see my other options and he was welcoming to the idea. He sat me in his office and we even looked at other cars near by. I left that day unsure which direction i was going to go. Weeks go by and i viewed multiple cars. I decided to up my budget and looked at the Honda website, i fell in love with a White Civic. I went to the dealership that day and Tim sadly told me it was sold but he showed me the closest option on the lot. After that the car was mine. Overall, I had an AMAZING experience with Honda and Tim. They gave me the space i needed but also the push. Thank you so so so much Tim! More

Two unsatisfactory visits to their service dept. First time they left the engine cover detached, grommets lost and I had to buy new ones. 2nd time they may have left car outside overnight and unlocked. Two guys at service desk were clueless and service manager said car was "probably" brought in overnight. Not at all reassuring. Also, I arrived at 7.30 am yesterday so I could wait while work done, but was told it had to stay for whole day and maybe overnight because the work would take "the whole day." The work only took the tech 45 minutes (2:05 - 2:50pm), so they could easily have done it while I waited. I live 20 miles away so that was important to me. I really wanted to support a small local dealership, but these experiences do not encourage another visit. More
