I was looking for a new car after my civic was totaled from hail damage. My dealer, Wes, got me a great deal on a new car and went out of his way to find me a loan that had a better interest rate. The finances were handled by Mike, who got me in and out in less than 20 minutes (I spent close to an hour filling out paperwork at the dealership I bought my old car at). Total time I spent there had to have been less than an hour. Both Wes and Mike made it quick and easy. I talked to a man named Jason on the phone, and he was kind and helpful as well. Chanin had a car cleaned and waiting for us to drive when we arrived. After test driving we decided on the one we drove even though the color we wanted was only available in the next step up model. we took care of some of the paper work and headed home. Half way home we decided to get the color we wanted in the first place. Gave Chanin a call and said we changed our minds. He was so nice and said "no problem". Went in to pickit up and every thing was ready to go even though we arrived earlier than our appointed time. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. No running to manager and other tactics.
