Service for 2013 Honda Civic Scheduled service for my 2013 Honda Civic. Oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluid. I was expecting a 2 hour wait. No problem. Discovered a belt needed to be changed out as well and all of that was done in 1 1/2 hours! The service department at Randy Kuehl always completes all service timely and very professional service department. I strongly suspect that when I decide purchase a new vehicle, it will be a Honda from Randy Kuehl! I have no criticisms whatever. I am totally satisfied with Randy Kuehl Service Department. More

My transmission in my single-owner 2017 Honda Ridgeline went out and needed to be repaired. I privately ran the ODB codes and the result was solenoid B had failed (a similar solenoid had failed at 9000 mil went out and needed to be repaired. I took it to Randy Kuehl and I was told the whole transmission was shot, which was surprising. After speaking with John in service, I was promised a new condition transmission over the phone. I figured if there was damage caused by the solenoid not shifting correctly, it wouldn’t hurt to get a completely brand new transmission. Instead they refurbished mine, charged me the same price, and acted like I was an idiot for thinking I’d get a brand new one. The rationale for the refurb is that the warranty is longer? What? I didn’t receive any paperwork about my warranty being extended because of this. What a joke. They also test drove my car for 40 miles according to their paperwork, but that’s just grasping at straws. More

Found exactly what I was looking for... I went in to just look at vehicles and walked out of the dealership the next day with a new vehicle. Buying my Accord I went to the dealership looking to check out the 2020 Honda Accords. When I got there I met Tim Carson and I told him what I was looking for and we t I went to the dealership looking to check out the 2020 Honda Accords. After we got back we took y 2014 Accord out for a drive. We then went back inside and I told Tim the colors inside and out that I wanted. Tim then went in and came back with a price. This was on March 27. I told them that I wanted to think about it and that I would be back. The following day I came back and we settled on the price. On April 3 My car was ready to go. After we took care of the paperwork Tim set my settings and answered any questions I had. Since then Tim has called and asked if everything was good and that if I had any questions or concerns of the car to give him a call or to stop in. I was very pleased at how it all went and I think Tim did a great job. More
