If you stand at the service desk you'll see yellow posts around the entire area with scuff marks on them. I must say I was warned about this dealer from others in the Cedar Rapids area yet wanted to try a Honda made vehicle so I gave them a try. Honda makes a good car. Nate Kuehl runs a very poor operation. My fault. Toyota has all of my business from now on. More
