I went in with my 2002 Honda CR-V that I bought from Randy Kuehl 18 years ago. I had a specific list of things I MUST have in a new car. Breck knew the cost differences of all the cars he showed me that had all the features I asked for. I found the perfect car and it will do great by me for the next 18 year interval. Mike carefully analyzed my odometer and the car's age. He had a service plan that protected me for 100,000 miles that actually made economic sense, but he did not try to hard-sell me on anything. I took the service plan and now I don't have to worry about repairs until the 100,000 mile mark is crossed. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience when purchasing a new vehicle. If you want fair treatment in a relaxed atmosphere, Randy Kuehl is your best choice. Oh, by the way, their maintenance department serviced my 18 year old CR-V incredibly well.
