Although the people are very friendly, when we got to the appointment, we were told that they wouldn't be able to do everything that we needed and would have to make another appointment to complete fixing the mirror and rattle. During the day, my husband got a call that they were too busy to fix the timing belt and wanted to keep the van overnight which wasn't acceptable to us. It took from 9am to 4pm to change the oil in our van. We could have gone to Jiffy Lube and been done in 15 minutes. This isn't the first time that we've had problems getting our cars serviced. Also, there is never a time when we bring a car in to the service department that doesn't take all day. I have talked to other people, both Honda owners (other dealerships) and non Honda owners and they rarely have to wait all day to have service done. I will be in the market for a new vehicle in the next year and after 12 new Hondas, I seriously think I will look at other vehicles because taking my car to be serviced is such an "event". More

The shuttle experience was terrible I needed to use the shuttle as my recall repair was said to take 1/2 a day. I was called at 1140 and told my vehicle was ready for pick up. They said it would now be after 1 PM and I would be called then and told the time I would be picked up. At 2:30 PM I still had not heard from anyone so I called to ask when i would be picked up. They said the shuttle driver would call me. At 3 PM still having heard nothing I called again. They said the shuttle was on its way and arrived at 3:10 PM. The shuttle is usuually very good but not this time. More

These included locked doors that the key fob wouldn't open; car that wouldn't start when being jumped, even though starter turned over well, as well as other strange occurrences. Finally, it boiled down to a dead cell in the battery. Our service technician, Dave, was very helpful, respectful and patient with our frustrations, and ultimately, and hopefully a new battery will take care of all of the gremlins that seemed to invade the electrical system. . They failed to burp out all of the air and so within a few short trips, the coolant reservoir was empty. Returned and they filled it again, but then the same thing happened. On my third visit, they said that they always do a good job getting the air out and there must be a leak, so they sold me some coolant for just over $20 and told me to schedule an inspection. I've filled it up with coolant and it seems like the air has finally been burped out -- nothing leaking so far. Disappointed to have to spend extra money and make multiple returns for their original mistake. To be fair, this is the first problem I've had with their service department in several years. More
