These included locked doors that the key fob wouldn't open; car that wouldn't start when being jumped, even though starter turned over well, as well as other strange occurrences. Finally, it boiled down to a dead cell in the battery. Our service technician, Dave, was very helpful, respectful and patient with our frustrations, and ultimately, and hopefully a new battery will take care of all of the gremlins that seemed to invade the electrical system. . Too many return trips and too much cost for their mistake Had my Accord in for its 60k service, including a coolant flush. They failed to burp out all of the air and so within a few short trips, the coolant reservoir was empty. Returned and they filled it again, but then the same thing happened. On my third visit, they said that they always do a good job getting the air out and there must be a leak, so they sold me some coolant for just over $20 and told me to schedule an inspection. I've filled it up with coolant and it seems like the air has finally been burped out -- nothing leaking so far. Disappointed to have to spend extra money and make multiple returns for their original mistake. To be fair, this is the first problem I've had with their service department in several years. More

In and out in 45 minutes Randy Kuehl had the best price on Honda civics of anyone in Iowa and Jeff had me in and out the door with a new car in 45 minutes.
