Need tires, if you're paying for them We were told in our last scheduled service that we needed new tires and were given an estimate. We are in the tires for life program which means we do not pay for tires. I made an appointment but was told management would not sign off because the tire tread wasn't low enough. So basically, if you're paying for them then you need new tires. If you're not paying for them then they're still good. The tech I dealt with was great and the service we get from Honda is always great, this was a little sketchy from management though. More

My Parents 81 and 89 years of age needed a car they could drive comfortably, safely and be economical yet stylish. They have been high end Buick, Oldsmobile and Cadillac owners their entire 58 years of marriage. My Mom is the primary driver now and has some hip, knee and ankle issues. Getting into a typical 4 door sedan was not going to work. My Mom's first comment was "I am not getting a Honda". We went this past Thursday and Ron ( who is amazing/knows his clients needs) told her that he felt the Honda HRV would be perfect for her. He pulled one up and she got in like a glove. I could see her face light up as she could see around her and had wonderful control on the test drive. Ron had her try a Honda Accord and she could see it was very difficult to get in and out of. The Team at Randy Kuehl spent Thursday afternoon explaining everything to my mom, was very patient and made the financial piece seamless. She wanted all the bells and whistles, they found one in the colors she wanted and Saturday we went and In 2 hours she was driving down I 380 in a car she could be safe in, see out of and my dad who is 89, popped right in and out of the Honda HRV. For older folks who want a luxery SUV and an amazing price go to Randy Kuehl Honda in Cedar Rapids. My mom never asked to go over to Buick to compare, that says a lot. Thank you, Ron, Nate, Jason and Dan. Your dealership treats people like family. They are building a wonderful new dealership on Edgewood Rd to open in the spring, this will be an amazing place for my mom and dad to go while they get the car serviced as well. My last comment, it was not even clear if my parent's Cadillac CTS ran, yet the dealership gave them the Kelly blue book value on trade!!! More
