I have never had such an easy car buying experience My husband didn't have time to go car shopping with me and I was really dreading going into a dealership by myself. Both Chris and Chanin were really helpful and made sure I found a vehicle that was perfect for me. Chris even stayed after work late to make sure I knew how to work all the bells and whistles in my new van. Dan was able to get me the most for my trade and helped made sure my monthly payments were what I had budgeted for. Then came the paperwork, I assumed this would take a lot of time, but Mike had everything ready to go and made the process as quick and easy as possible. This was easy I've bought 2 previous vehicles from Kuehl Honda which is why I looked at their website initially. I was able to get in and have a test drive with ease, and Chris was knowledgeable about the car's details. He helped explain the process and was able to allow me a bit of time to get my financing etc. in order. When I picked up the car, Mike had paperwork ready and managed to get me out and driving in a very short amount of time. More

Trust Stopped Oct 2 to review past PM services & billing questions. Visited with Paul & Chris with samples of invoices. The concern is that previous service Stopped Oct 2 to review past PM services & billing questions. Visited with Paul & Chris with samples of invoices. The concern is that previous services (Nov.17/Mar.18/July18) there showed 4 units of oil for oil change. A Montana Honda dealer had same quantity Sept.18. Then Nov.18 & Sept.19 it shows 5 units of oil during change. Yes the bills have increased. Yes they will when extra units are added to a bill. I was told that a $10. increase in oil etc. Not a true statement if the list price on invoices didn't change since Nov.17 invoice. Plus the Nov.18 & Sept.19 invoices would be the same if coupon not applied on the Nov.18. But then notice a $15. tire rotation is on the Nov.18. So that would be a $15. hike on Sept. invoice, not $10. as Chris stated as the last increase. Nothing was corrected or explained that makes these invoices correct & fair. There was blame on computer program, but employees without proper answers are known to call that card. This will be a subject that deserves a proper explanation. More
