I have never had such an easy car buying experience My husband didn't have time to go car shopping with me and I was really dreading going into a dealership by myself. I don't know a lot about cars and was afraid of being taken advantage of. My experience at Randy Kuehl was the complete opposite. Both Chris and Chanin were really helpful and made sure I found a vehicle that was perfect for me. Chris even stayed after work late to make sure I knew how to work all the bells and whistles in my new van. Dan was able to get me the most for my trade and helped made sure my monthly payments were what I had budgeted for. Then came the paperwork, I assumed this would take a lot of time, but Mike had everything ready to go and made the process as quick and easy as possible. This was easy I've bought 2 previous vehicles from Kuehl Honda which is why I looked at their website initially. I was able to get in and have a test drive with ease, and Chris was knowledgeable about the car's details. He helped explain the process and was able to allow me a bit of time to get my financing etc. in order. When I picked up the car, Mike had paperwork ready and managed to get me out and driving in a very short amount of time. More
