Just wanted a basic 12k/yr, 36-mon My goal was simple - to lease a new Honda CR-V Touring. I didn't have a car for trade-in and I have great credit. Just wanted a basic 12k/yr, 36-month lease, with 1 months payment down, and declining the "lease protection program" (because it is essentially a scam). No frills, super basic - just plug in the sales price and compute the fees. It was arduous to work with the dealership to get a quote on the lease. They fought me and tried to not give me a lease quote over the phone. They implied that I needed to physically be present when it was simply a ploy to get me to come into the showroom. The sales associate was inflexible on price and was unwilling to offer any deals. If there was no negotiation, then why on God's green Earth do I have to interact with stubborn jerks to get a car? If there's no negotiation, then why can't I just fill out the forms online and just pick up the keys? If I could lease a car without having to work with the dealership, I would. However, because I can ONLY lease if I work with a dealership, I am forced to deal with these incompetent buffons. Do yourself a favor, don't work with this dealership. More

After the test drive and the decision to purchase the Passport, the final sale went very smoothly. Tim explained extra options that the dealership could provide us, but not once was there any pressure to choose any of those options. So many times we have experienced the pressure to purchase extra things that we did not want or need. Tim was extremely attentive to all the details on the date we picked up the Passport and spent all the time needed to make sure we felt comfortable with the vehicle before leaving the dealership. So pleased that Kuehl Honda is a locally owned and operated dealership, that was one of the main reasons why we decided to shop there. More

Shuttles in my opinion should not carry people from more than two different stops / locations. Especially if they are clear across town. More

Financing tries to push the the extended warranty but not anymore aggressively than any other dealership. There are no hidden fees, just 140Doc fee which is low compared to other dealerships( usually the max at 180 for Iowa). Would definitely recommend. More
