Chanin Dirks is our go-to guy for every vehicle, and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. He has worked with us to find vehicles to fit our price range multiple times, and was able to fit us into his schedule at the last minute to try out a brand new Honda Pilot. Living outside of the area, he communicated with me frequently between our initial interest and our purchase, and we were able to finish most of the legwork of the purchase before we stepped back into the dealership. Service didn't do anything to resolve my 3 concerns. Called the day before i was to arrive. I was told to put the keys and a note with my name and phone number in a provided envelope in the box at the s Called the day before i was to arrive. I was told to put the keys and a note with my name and phone number in a provided envelope in the box at the service door. I arrived with the vehicle before service hours. I found the box however there were no empty envelopes so i left the keys and my note in the box. I had told the service advisor that i was to leave the vehicle for the entire day. I called mid morning to see how they were doing and was told they didn't see my keys etc. because i didn't drop them into the correct slot. The service advisor found the keys and said they would try to get in looked at yet that day. I called back later and they looked at the vehicle but didn't resolve any of my 3 concerns and that i would need to bring the vehicle back sometime with a better explanation of my service needs. I never talked to anyone else or was permuted to explain to anyone else except the service advisor who didn't seem to have much product knowledge. All in all, the day was a waste for me and my drive from Waterloo. More
