Recall I was just in for a recall and to try and get my sensor reset on my tire pressure. The guys that waited on me in the service department were fantast I was just in for a recall and to try and get my sensor reset on my tire pressure. The guys that waited on me in the service department were fantastic before and after. It did take all day when I thought it was supposed to take about 4/5 hours. Also the shuttle was dropping off several people so that took quite a bit longer than expected. All in all ok. Recommend informing customer of timing on wait for the shuttle, shuttle time and when you can expect your car back approximately. It would have made the experience so much better! More

Small and dark waiting room, no pop machine, not very friendly people. They did not ask how I feel with the vehicle, or if there were anything wrong with it. All they want is selling you something. I intended to have the oil change and tire rotation only, the service guy told me I need to do this and that and this and that... and I walked out with a bill of $218 in my hands. More
