Positive, Fair, Enjoyable Purchase Experience I went into car dealership specifically to test drive a CR-V. Ron went out with me and explained many details of the car to me as I drove. Brought my husband back a few days later to make sure he would fit in car as well. (He is 6'2 and fit just fine.) . We were able to settle quickly on a price for our trade-in and our new CR-V that we felt was very fair based on the homework . Stopped in the following day to pick up our car... Jason was ready with paperwork, the car was clean, full of gas, and Ron went through details to make sure we felt comfortable with how all the new features worked. Parts department was super helpful with some accessories we wanted as well. Thank you for a good experience. More
Confused! The confusion related to the service experience relates to the application of the windshield rain guard solution (I’m not sure what the technical name The confusion related to the service experience relates to the application of the windshield rain guard solution (I’m not sure what the technical name of the product is). Having purchased this solution application when the vehicle was purchased we were told the solution would be applied when the vehicle is serviced. That has not happened. Actually, it has been a hassle with the service department. Yesterday I delivered the vehicle, checked in to service department and reviewed the service to be done including a vehicle recall, oil change and the rain guard application. I was told by the service person that I was supposed to receive a box and provide the solution because it is expensive. I have not received the solution and I know the process is expensive as I have paid for it as part of the purchase of the vehicle. At the time of picking up the vehicle the service tasks were reviewed but absent was the windshield treatment. I was then told the application should only occur one time per year. Confused and feeling like I’m getting the run around. Therefore the lower rating. More
Great experience all around! We had a fantastic experience with Chanin. Prior to my first visit, I called ahead to ask if the vehicle I was interested in was still available, and We had a fantastic experience with Chanin. Prior to my first visit, I called ahead to ask if the vehicle I was interested in was still available, and upon my arrival, Chanin had it ready to test drive. He was very informative about the features, and was ready to answer all of my questions. When my boyfriend went in the next day, he had a similar experience, and felt Chanin was easy to work with. We were looking at a couple vehicles with differing prices, and when we decided not to go with the higher-priced vehicle due to budgeting concerns, we got absolutely no push-back, which I really appreciated. The finance and paperwork part of the experience was similar, in that it went smoothly, everything was explained in detail, and questions were answered clearly. All around, our experience was awesome! It was nice to drive out of there knowing I had purchased a vehicle I’m truly happy with and that works well with my budget. I am loving my Honda Civic and will definitely recommend Randy Kuehl Honda to friends and family! More

Tim Carson helped us, and we were very impressed how thorough and patient he was with all of our questions, and appreciated his no-pressure manner. I decided to sell her my car and buy a new one, so we returned to the dealership to find Tim. We met Tim on Saturday, he took us for a test drive of 2019 CR-V, and we really liked it. He thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of the vehicle, didn't pressure us once to buy the car. We told him we were also looking at 2 other similar SUV's, after which we went to both Toyota and Subaru to see how the vehicles compared. We test drove all of the vehicles on Saturday. On Monday we called Tim and ended up making the deal. We really appreciated his low-key, honest sales approach. I've already recommended him to one of my friends. More

Thank you. Overall Kuehl gets low rating from me due to past experience. But David is a keeper, I will request him next time ! More
Quick, good deal, not much back and forth We were expecting a long visit but to our surprise we were in and out in less than 2 hours (which in dealership time that is pretty fast). We brought in our price research, they went a little under even and we were confused on the % rates at first but got through it. After that, the financing dept was pretty fast. Lots of sales pitches but we expected that. They focused on the sticker price which we appreciated it. We didn't want to focus on monthly payments from a starting point. We also appreciated not being pressured on how much down we wanted to put down. He asked us once and we just said we will determine that later in the process and he was OK with that and we liked that. Thanks for the good experience. When we are shopping for another car/van we will come back. More

Atypical experience Typically I have great service and experiences at RK Honda. Not so this time. I called earlier in the week to schedule an oil change and tire rota Typically I have great service and experiences at RK Honda. Not so this time. I called earlier in the week to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, I was asked if I could drop my car off by 7:30 am on Friday. I said yes and decided to take the day off. I didn’t hear anything from there till I finally called around 11 asking if it was done and they told me “they didn’t have an update”, so I asked if it was even in and was told they were just getting ready to pull it in and hoped to have it done by noon. I told the person I had been asked to drop it off at 7:30, so didn’t understand why it hadn’t even been looked at. I was told very brusquely that “everyone drops their car off at 7:30”. I would have much preferred to sleep in on a day off. My husband and I had plans for the day, and the scheduling (didn’t get done till 1ish) threw a wrench in our day. When we did pick it up, no apologies, and a line three people deep to pay. Poor experience. Very unlike any other service I have done here. Side note, I have purchased now 4 vehicles from this dealer. Very disappointed. More
