Atypical experience Typically I have great service and experiences at RK Honda. Not so this time. I called earlier in the week to schedule an oil change and tire rota Typically I have great service and experiences at RK Honda. Not so this time. I called earlier in the week to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, I was asked if I could drop my car off by 7:30 am on Friday. I said yes and decided to take the day off. I didn’t hear anything from there till I finally called around 11 asking if it was done and they told me “they didn’t have an update”, so I asked if it was even in and was told they were just getting ready to pull it in and hoped to have it done by noon. I told the person I had been asked to drop it off at 7:30, so didn’t understand why it hadn’t even been looked at. I was told very brusquely that “everyone drops their car off at 7:30”. I would have much preferred to sleep in on a day off. My husband and I had plans for the day, and the scheduling (didn’t get done till 1ish) threw a wrench in our day. When we did pick it up, no apologies, and a line three people deep to pay. Poor experience. Very unlike any other service I have done here. Side note, I have purchased now 4 vehicles from this dealer. Very disappointed. More

He was not only courteous and respectful which is very important to us older buyers, but he also did his best to be helpful. Tim gave us much information and yet not so much as to overwhelm which is also important to us in dealing with the new computerized autos! He was patient with answering all of our questions and made the whole buying process easy and enjoyable. Tim is just a great person! More

Awesome experience working with Breck I initially went in with a "just looking" mindset. Breck was very helpful and didn't try to make a sale right away. I told him I was early in the process and wanted to drive some other cars. I went to drive a Kia and the sales rep was very high pressure trying to make the sale. I really respected the approach Breck took. I ended up getting the Civic and am very pleased. I would recommend Breck to anyone who is looking for a car! More
