They don’t care We purchased a new accord hybrid on 2/22/2019 a Friday, said we wanted door guards and the hood protector on the car was told the car would be ready We purchased a new accord hybrid on 2/22/2019 a Friday, said we wanted door guards and the hood protector on the car was told the car would be ready late on 2/25/2019. We called Monday morning and found out the hood film wouldn’t be done tell 2/26 but we can pickup the car and have the film installed later, we chose to have it installed then pickup on Tuesday. Called Tuesday morning and it was delayed tell Wenday so we decided to pickup the car and paid cash for it without having the film installed. We had to make two trips back in trying to find out when we could have the film installed and only we told the service manager had to set it up and he was in meetings and couldn’t talk then. We finally got it installed on 3/21/2019. With all the trips in there we were Never asked how we liked the car. More

Chanin, Nate, and Paul were always TOP NOTCH to the point I would not consider going elsewhere. All service consultants and parts guys also have treated me well and I will always be a long term customer. I am no young buck and have experienced many other dealerships and NONE that I have ever gone into stack up to this one.
