We filled out the contact form on their website and we were promptly replied to by our salesman Ron Lowenberg. Ron did a good job of answering all of our questions and he was quick to reply back and forth by text message. We traveled 5 hours from South Dakota to purchase our truck and we were not disappointed. I had asked Ron before driving to pick up the truck if there were any open recalls or service bulletins that needed to be done before we picked up the truck. He said he checked and there weren't any, but two days later he checked again and there was a service bulletin out for the fuel cap. He had the part Fedex shipped to them and the service shop had the part installed before we arrived to pick up the vehicle. When we got to the dealership we were expecting the paperwork to take 30-60 minutes from past experiences at other dealerships. Ron and Jason had us send over some of the information before we got there and we were in and out of there in 5 minutes. Jason did a great job of going over all of the details and we appreciate that he wasn't a pushy salesperson trying to make you buy an extended warranty (or other misc items) that we were not interested in. So far this has been one of our best car dealership experiences and we will definitely keep them in mind for future vehicle purchases. More

Searched online and Breck Calame of Randy Kuehl Honda reached out to help. Not only would they meet our pricing goals but they had the car I wanted warmed up and ready to test drive when we arrived. He was very personable and accommodating. His knowledge was reassuring. It was definitely a worth the 1.5 hour drive on a snowy January day! More

Comfortable experience and car buying environment I had an excellent experience buying a car from this dealership. Tim Carson was my salesperson. Tim was very knowledgeable and calm/low pressure. In fact, after my test drives he was not even pressuring me to go inside the dealership. I was the one who suggested we go inside and "see what we could do". The other salespeople were also friendly and made for a comfortable environment during the inevitable waiting time (though I found the wait times to be relatively short). The negotiations were short, to the point and fair and once a deal had been reached, all the paperwork and was signed and I was driving away in about 30 minutes (thanks to Jason Tedford). Many times dealerships also hard sell the extended warranties/gap coverage, etc. Jason explained these options to me and completely respected my decision to decline. These guys have a great product (Honda) to sell and it shows with the hands off/laid back approach they are able to take. More

The service personnel were friendly, efficient, and got people registered quickly. The shuttle service was efficient and the shuttle driver was very friendly---a great kiddo to handle that job!
