When we arrived, Chris was busy and had given our information to Ron. We talked with Ron about our trade-in and discussed the Touring CR-V. Ron did an outstanding job and we purchased the car. Jason was great with financial work. There was one hitch in the process that required us to return to the dealership. One of the keys belonged to another car and that car's VIN number was on all the paperwork. This required a reprint and resigning of some of the paperwork. Overall, our experience was very good. Service Review I was really not happy with the service I received and will not return. Each person I spoke to gave me a different answer.
