When I narrowed my decision down to the Honda Accord, we took it for a spin to make sure it was the right car for me. Prior to the test drive, Tim patiently explained the safety, entertainment and convenience features. Upon returning and after learning the price-range I was considering, he met with his sales manager, Dan Quinby, and they wasted no time offering me a fair trade-in value for my car. When I came in just three business days later to pick up the Accord they had ordered for me, Tim explained the settings I could choose from and then set up the car to my exact specifications. While I completed the paperwork, which was also a very efficient and painless experience, Tim had my plates installed. All of my questions were answered and I never felt pressured to purchase. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have had. More

Bad advice My accord had E85 gas put in by mistake. Ran fine and had about 1/4 tank left. Went in due to check engine light on to make sure that was the reason My accord had E85 gas put in by mistake. Ran fine and had about 1/4 tank left. Went in due to check engine light on to make sure that was the reason. Was told had to drop the tank and drain the gas. With labor bill was $517. Was not told of any option regarding putting the correct fuel in and running out the remaining E85. Very expensive mistake. More

The sales person we had Tim Carson was extremely knowledgeable about the 2018 Honda CRV we purchased. He demonstrated all the features and options that the CRV has and made sure we were comfortable and understood them. . We traded in our 2015 Honda CRV and Tim Carson explained some of the options shared with our new 2018. Many of these options we were never shown when we purchased the 2015 from a sales person at a LARGE VOLUME DEALERSHIP in the area back in 2015. The Randy Kuehl dealership trains sales people to not just sell cars but to understand the various models and trim packages, and options, and to help people. Tim helped us find what would work for us , at a good price. All of the people we dealt with, and even the finance person Jason Tedford was well organized and had us in and out quickly. All of these people at the dealership were extremely friendly, helpful and fair with everything.
