Biggest frustration is that there is no definitive coverage details on this warranty we purchased and it feels like it wasn’t at all worth the purchase. Additionally, no one seems able to take control of handling customer service on this front st the dealership. More

This service department has always taken great care of our vehicles, I completely recommend Randy Kuehl's service department for your vehicle(s)! Only issue was the shuttle service they offer; they need to get their drivers together and settle on what the signup sheet should contain and what the columns mean. The column asking if the customer 'needs return service' means return to the dealership to pickup their vehicle! 2 stars for that portion of customer service...5 stars for the rest. More
