There are only a handful of seats; yesterday it was standing room only and there is almost no place to stand. The room is a fairly unpleasant place to have to hang around, especially since the limited seats available are within a few feet of the mensroom door. By comparison, the competing Toyota waiting room is luxurious with lots of space and conveniences to make the wait pleasant. More

No pressure - just great service! I have bought many cars in my life and when I decided I needed a new one I was really dreading the process. But this whole sale couldn't have been any better or easier. The entire dealership is friendly and welcoming without being overbearing or high-pressure. No one attacked me before I could even get out of the car like they did at another large local car lot. Chris was exactly the kind of person I wanted to deal with - he was supportive and understanding and worked with me around the holiday so I could have the perfect car for my situation. I couldn't be happier with my new Honda CRV and I can't imagine buying from anyone else. Oil Change and Recall Service Usually I have no problems and everything is taken care of in a timely manner. This time, I had to take my car in for an airbag recall. They warned me ahead of time it would be a longer process that would take most of the day. That being said, it was 4:35 before I got a call that my car was ready and I needed to be there before 5:00 to pick it up. I wasn't able to get to RKH by 5, so I didn't speak to anyone when I picked it up. Unfortunately, my dashboard was not fully put back in and some of the edges are sticking up. I'll have to take it back for them to fix, which I'm sure they will. I've had quite a few positive experiences at RKH so I'm confident it was just one slightly odd experience. More
