Excellent experience I was interested in buying a new Honda HR-V EX. After shopping at 2 other dealerships, I decided to give Randy Keuhl Honda a try. It was a completel I was interested in buying a new Honda HR-V EX. After shopping at 2 other dealerships, I decided to give Randy Keuhl Honda a try. It was a completely different experience at Randy Keuhl. First of all, the salesman, Breck Calame knew the "product", meaning he knew the features of the HR-V. The prior two dealerships did not. In fact, since I had been doing research on the car, I knew more about the HR-V and what features it did and didn't have better than the prior two dealerships. Secondly, one of the prior dealerships looked at my car for a trade in value and advised me of numerous inadequacies that it did not have. I suspect just to get the trade in price down, which they did...and the price they wanted to give me for it was comical. Moreover, the price they offered was insulting to me as I have always taken excellent care of my cars and have always gotten the recommended maintenance done when it needed to be done. Randy Keuhl Honda merely took my car out for a spin, came back and advised me that it was a nice car and everything worked great. They wrote up an offer and let me take a photo of the offer (one other dealership would not even let me take a photo of their offer or have a copy of it). Further, Randy Kuehl Honda did not pressure me for a commitment to buy the car on the spot, unlike the other dealership did. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all in my experience at your dealership which was great because this is one of the major reasons that I HATE shopping for a new car. It was quite a difference at Randy Kuehl....a very pleasant one, in fact. After visiting your dealership, I went home, looked at my numbers and determined that Randy Kuehl was giving me not only the best experience, but the best price on both the car (with a few extras thrown in such wheel locks; door edge guards; trim at the bottom, etc.) and on the trade in. I also appreciated the fact that I was not pressured to buy extras such as fabric protection, etc. that was offered to me. When I came in to pick up my new Honda HRV-EX, I dealt with Bryce in Finance who explained everything in detail. I paid the balance in cash so there wasn't any lengthy finance papers to go through. I appreciated his friendliness as well as his willingness to answer my questions such as when should I expect my title, etc. He was very nice and very helpful. After getting all of the final paperwork done with Bryce, Breck escorted me to my new car. It was nice and clean with a full tank of gas. He sat in the car with me and showed me all of the features, how the seats could be configured, he helped me sync my phone to the car and showed me how all of the electronics worked. He was very friendly and was extremely knowledgeable on all of it. I really appreciated that. A few days after I had been driving the new car, I noticed that something was wrong with hearing people on the phone over the Bluetooth. I was barely hearing them even if I had the volume all the way up. I plugged the phone in and it was better but not great. The same thing was happening with my music. I called Breck and told him of my problem. He took the time to research what may have been the cause and came up with a solution. He emailed me the step by step instructions on how to fix the problem and it worked. I really, really appreciated the fact that he took the time to help me in this and found a solution to this issue. So many times, you don't really get good service after the sale. I feel confident that I will always get good service after the sale with your dealership. Overall, it was an excellent experience. With car buying this easy, I may have to trade in more often! More

Great Experience We visited 4 different dealerships and looked at 6 different compacts. We even visited another Honda dealership. We settled on Randy Kurhl Honda. Tim Carson and the dealership saved us $1200 as compared to an identical car at another Honda dealership. Far exceeded our expectations with no pressure. Tim really knows the business. Amazing service experience Saturday, August 18th, 2018: So I had an issue with my 2009 Honda CRV that I finally decided to get taken care of. When I went to take the car to Saturday, August 18th, 2018: So I had an issue with my 2009 Honda CRV that I finally decided to get taken care of. When I went to take the car to the dealer the driver's side rear tire was completely flat. Inflated it and I could hear the air escaping. There was razor blade stuck in the tire. So I put on the spare tire and finally made it to the dealer at 1:30. They close the service center at 2. I explained my situation with the tire and the rattling underneath the car I originally came in for. I was fully expecting to leave the car and pick it up later in the week. However, a mechanic listened to the rattle and suspected the heat shield on the catalytic converter was loose. He drive it immediately to a lift and started working on it. He also took the tire apart, removed the razor, patched the tire, put the tire back together, and put the tire back on the CRV. They were done at 2:10, so 10 minutes past their closing. Plus it was only about $30 for everything. Awesome service. Wish I knew the mechanics name though. More

Needed a seal of some sort replaced that was connected with an ooze of oil in/on my engine. Although, I was given a choice of leave until the problem worsened or fix now, Jonathan in service left the decision up to me...no pressure. I elected to fix despite the price tag of $1,099 (with oil change also). Immediately upon my decision to fix, Jonathan offered me a loaner car. That in itself was a huge help considering I only have one vehicle. Randy Kuehl Honda has always treated me right and fairly. More
