Helpful, Friendly and Professional Staff. Recommended! My wife and I are from Iowa Falls and noticed a used Toyota Highlander for sale. I called and talked to Tim, and decided to take a look at it. When we got there Tim was finishing up with a customer, Ron greeted us and was quite helpful explaining the features of the vehicle. Tim came out a few minutes later, very personable and professional, with a good sense of humor. My wife and I test drove the vehicle, Tim answered all our questions. We enjoyed visiting with Tim and found we had many things in common. They made us feel that they were glad we were there. We were too far apart in price to make a deal with our trade-in and decided to try to sell our car privately, Tim kept working on the pricing and we were able to agree on a price with our trade-in, drove home in very nice used vehicle. Thank you Tim! Thanks Bryce for making the financing so easy. Only downside was a low pressure tire light on the dash which we asked about. The tires all were like new, It turned out not to be just a simple reset of the tire pressure system, but three tires with low batteries in the valve stem sensors, cost us $240 at our local tire dealership. My bad, I try to make sure everything works properly before buying but missed it this time. All in all it was an excellent experience with Tim and the dealership.
