Makes me wonder if I should have brought in a male companion with me for this purchase, maybe I wouldn't have been taken advantage off! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership! More

Unwilling to work on price on 2005 Honda Touring van Our salesman, Steven Lord was courteous overall. I had called ahead of time to see what their possible best price was since I was about an hour and Our salesman, Steven Lord was courteous overall. I had called ahead of time to see what their possible best price was since I was about an hour and a half drive away. I wanted to make sure it was worth my drive time. They thought their price was reasonable. They lowered their price $377. I thought if their van is as good as they made it out to be, then I would take a chance. So I drove the hour and a half. Even after I found damage to the front facia (must have got caught on a tire stop and put a tear and damaged both fog lights). The detail shop did not do very well at cleaning the leather seats. The sales manager refused to budge any further. Even after looking online with Steve and seeing another comparable van with 2,000 miles less and a price that was $777 less than his. So sorry for the loss of 3 hours drive time. More

Tire check After having the tire light come on several times, a more thorough check was done. A tiny nail was found. I bought my CR V with a free tire warranty. Got the ok for replacement of two tires and was in need of the 150,000 service maintenance, so that was also done the day I drove in to have the tire checked. A more expensive day than I had anticipated, but thankful everything could be done in one afternoon. More
