Poor service, repeated trips Honda Accord drive belt replaced at 60K. Replaced again at about 90K after noise. Belt started making noise around 100K. When in and discussed. Service manager said may or may not be under warranty, and would be $99 to diagnose if i chose not to fix it at the dealer. I asked why didn't they diagnose at 90K. Didn't have an answer. I was expecting them to say, we will diagnose the root cause of belt for free since we didn't do that last time. I will never take my car or any of my cars here again. Sharing this story with my friends who drive Honda's as well. More

After driving a 2014, Tim asked if we'd be interested in buying a new but last year's model (2016) CR-V. We test drove one of those and the ball got rolling. During the buying process, Tim never pressured us which was very appreciated. We did end up buying the 2016 and felt that we were given a good deal. Tim reviewed all the many options of this vehicle with us...and there are many compared to our previous basic Civic. The thing I appreciated the most about Tim was when I shared with him that I had seen another auto sales business that was selling a 2016 for only $24,000, he spent some time researching that and learned that the car had come from a flooded dealership in Kentucky! No wonder it was so cheap! Thank-you, Tim. We have also always been very happy with the service department at Randy Kuehl Honda. John and Ray, our service attendants today, are very knowledgeable and have never suggested repairs that we didn't feel were necessary. We have always found this to be an excellent dealership! More
