After driving a 2014, Tim asked if we'd be interested in buying a new but last year's model (2016) CR-V. We test drove one of those and the ball got rolling. During the buying process, Tim never pressured us which was very appreciated. We did end up buying the 2016 and felt that we were given a good deal. Tim reviewed all the many options of this vehicle with us...and there are many compared to our previous basic Civic. The thing I appreciated the most about Tim was when I shared with him that I had seen another auto sales business that was selling a 2016 for only $24,000, he spent some time researching that and learned that the car had come from a flooded dealership in Kentucky! No wonder it was so cheap! Thank-you, Tim. We have also always been very happy with the service department at Randy Kuehl Honda. John and Ray, our service attendants today, are very knowledgeable and have never suggested repairs that we didn't feel were necessary. We have always found this to be an excellent dealership! More

Walking in I expected the dealership to be the same as the others I had gone to earlier...pushy and also trying to sell me a car I wasnt interested in. However I was pleasantly wrong. I walked in and was greeted by Ron who I let know which car I wanted to test drive. Instead of him trying to steer me towards something else he gladly showed me what I asked for and was very imformative and had excellent customer service. It was so nice to deal with Ron Lowebberg and talk to him about the car. I felt like my concerns over monthly payments and interest were validated and taken care of. Mike was also someone I delt with and I can say he also had great customer service and made me feel at ease about buying the CRV I test drove. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this dealership if youre looking to buy they make your experience easy and stress free and give great service and show you that you matter its not just about only selling another car. Been wooed I went to this dealer for oil change and want to change the compartment air filter. Was suggested to do the 30K maintenance although the mile number i I went to this dealer for oil change and want to change the compartment air filter. Was suggested to do the 30K maintenance although the mile number is not 30K yet, the strong reason is that the air filter itself is going to take about 100 bucks, I trusted what they said and drop the car for the service but found the filter itself is only 20 something and I complains about that before I make payment. I was told the others are for labor by another guy. Change filter need $70 for labor? I took it out in 30 seconds before. Why they are cheating on me, I am really not happy More
