Walking in I expected the dealership to be the same as the others I had gone to earlier...pushy and also trying to sell me a car I wasnt interested in. However I was pleasantly wrong. I walked in and was greeted by Ron who I let know which car I wanted to test drive. Instead of him trying to steer me towards something else he gladly showed me what I asked for and was very imformative and had excellent customer service. It was so nice to deal with Ron Lowebberg and talk to him about the car. I felt like my concerns over monthly payments and interest were validated and taken care of. Mike was also someone I delt with and I can say he also had great customer service and made me feel at ease about buying the CRV I test drove. Been wooed I went to this dealer for oil change and want to change the compartment air filter. Was suggested to do the 30K maintenance although the mile number i I went to this dealer for oil change and want to change the compartment air filter. Was suggested to do the 30K maintenance although the mile number is not 30K yet, the strong reason is that the air filter itself is going to take about 100 bucks, I trusted what they said and drop the car for the service but found the filter itself is only 20 something and I complains about that before I make payment. I was told the others are for labor by another guy. Change filter need $70 for labor? I took it out in 30 seconds before. Why they are cheating on me, I am really not happy More
