Great Person to work with We had Matt Smith work with us on getting our brand new Honda CRV 2016 with only 5 miles on it. He was so nice and polite. We went for a very long test drive and he was just fine with everything. When my husband and I first talked to Matt we did tell him that we were going to be checking out another car at another dealership he was ok with that. I don't think he was surprised that we came back for the Honda. It is a great car lots of room and we had a fantastic sales person. Matt is so calm and that helps with the sale. He knows what he is doing. I would go back to Matt for another Honda. I even told my son's about the deal and the service and they were impressed. Thank you Matt for the great service :) More

Good experience working with Trent Before our car search began, we both said we'd rather go to the dentist than go car shopping. We both liked Trent on our first visit; and after doing Before our car search began, we both said we'd rather go to the dentist than go car shopping. We both liked Trent on our first visit; and after doing some more thinking about our options, we felt most comfortable working with him. We thought it was going to be September before our car came in, but Trent was able to make a trade with another dealership and got it here a lot faster than we anticipated. We very much appreciated his efforts to get the car here sooner, so we have time to get used to it before our next trip. Trent spent a lot of time with us before we left the lot to make sure we understood many of the car features, since we live outside of Cedar Rapids. We feel his offers to help us in the future are genuine. Mrs Kuehl even made some phone calls for us, as we eventually want to switch plates between our new car and another car we currently own. We haven't had any work done, so we did not rate quality of work. More
