The service department also inspected my tires and was able to recommend the best quality tires at an affordable price. Thanks for the great service! More

We drove through the lot and found something we liked and went in to inquire about the price. Matt came out and gave us the information we needed. It was out of our price range but he showed us a few other options we had not considered. We took a test drive and never felt pressure to buy. He knew the history of the car, the features and the deal was unbeatable. While the paperwork was being completed they let our toddler explore the features of every showroom vehicle and stayed late to finish up so we could go home with our new Honda Civic that evening. Mike MIlls in the finance department was very helpful as well, calling us back the next day because our loan rate was going to be a bit lower than originally calculated. I would return for another purchase in the future. More
Negative experience buying a used car The salesperson ( Chanin) did not provide me with comprehensive information about the maintenance history on the car even though I asked for it repeat The salesperson ( Chanin) did not provide me with comprehensive information about the maintenance history on the car even though I asked for it repeatedly. The service department was supposed to fix a few things that my mechanic found prior to the purchase. This included replacing a cracked fog light, another light that was out and air filters. I was encouraged to pay for the car immediately and then bring it back in for the service ( which I did, but wish I hadn't). I scheduled the service and they told me it would take about 2 or 3 hours. When I brought the car in early in the morning they said they wanted to keep it all day. I had to be assertive so I would not have to wait all day for the car. When I took the car for a 60,000 mile service a few weeks after I owned it, I found out that they had not replaced one of the air filters, even though they said they did ( it was the dirtiest air filter i had ever seen). I had to wait a long time for the title and called repeatedly to find out why I didn't have it yet. They had to pay a penalty because it took them so long. Overall, I would say there was very poor communication. I felt that after they had my money, my needs were no longer a concern. I believe that if they had someone look at the car before they put it on the lot, that the service needs would have been noticed and addressed prior to putting it up for sale. I would not buy a car from this dealership again. More

They are also willing to negotiate prices within reason - I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
Appreciative of service After a routine oil change, I noticed that I had some 'leaking' oil - I returned to RKH to have them double check that the plug was tight. Turns out it was a much bigger issue with a seal that needed to be immediately replaced. Problem-I needed my car returned by a specific day as I was due to drive to KC in preparation for a move. Chris was great about getting me slotted in and set-up with a loaner care. Three days later (and three days earlier than anticipated) I had a call that my car was ready to go! Chris told me that Andrew (Drew?) had stayed late the previous night to make sure everything was completed and ready to go well in advance of my roadtrip. Thanks, guys! More
