I did, he did, and the job was done in 20 minutes! Thanks, Joel!! 2. Had the 15000 mile service done on my Ridgeline. Dropped it off at 9:00AM and it was done by 11:00AM! Staff & technicians helpful with all questions. Preliminary service cost very close, no surprises!! Thanks. Word of praise for the service department at Randy Kuehl's...they have always provided the best, most professional service of anywhere around. It is one of the main reasons to buy from them. More

Above and beyond finding a drivers side sear I wanted to commend and thanks the service and parts departments at Randy Kuehl Honda in Cedar Rapids. My 2004 driver seat brackets broke. One solutio I wanted to commend and thanks the service and parts departments at Randy Kuehl Honda in Cedar Rapids. My 2004 driver seat brackets broke. One solution was to spend $2600.00 for a new seat. The parts department searched and contacted their connections and found a used replacement seat. Instead of paying $2600 for a new seat i paid 621.00 for a seat that matched the interior color and worked perfectly well. It would have been easy for them to say they couldn't find a seat but they searched and found one and saved me 1900.00. For those 1900 reasons, i am very glad that i do business with them and will recommend them to anyone that asks. More

I took my car in and it needed to be worked on the next day. I had to be out of town so Dave sent me to a rental car place and ensured I received the Honda complimentary rental price. It saved me a lot of money! I always have a great experience at Randy Kuehl and never feel like I am being ripped off. Hats off guys! More

He took a lot of time with me and found me the car I wanted from another dealership. I felt I got a fair price and Trent worked hard to get me a good deal on my trade-in. I met with Mike Mills for the financing and he got me out of his office and into my new car very quickly. I definitely recommend Randy Kuehl Honda and Trent Pearson as a salesman. More

He suggested we stop in to see the vehicles and learn of the opportunities for purchase/lease. We arrived with no major intention of a new vehicle that day, just information and "seeing what's out there." Because of Trent's approach--no pressure, full explanations for questions, education about choices, and personable demeanor--we were sold. Actually, we leased a new CRV. We are not easily impressed by products or salespersons, but we would highly recommend working with Trent. He goes beyond the necessary. He is a strong advertisement for the dealership. More
