Worth the drive Monday, my wife and I drove from out of town to meet with Trent Pearson, with whom we had a telephone conversation the previous Friday. We arrived with no major intention of a new vehicle that day, just information and "seeing what's out there." Because of Trent's approach--no pressure, full explanations for questions, education about choices, and personable demeanor--we were sold. Actually, we leased a new CRV. We are not easily impressed by products or salespersons, but we would highly recommend working with Trent. He goes beyond the necessary. He is a strong advertisement for the dealership. More

Trent hung in there with me over those two years, gave me great advise, and didn't push me into anything that would put me in a situation that would not work for me. He was very patient and made me feel very comfortable with the process. We faced some hurdles with some credit issues, but fortunately, the business team was still able to put together a great package for me. At first, everything went quickly and was a little rushed but, in the end, I got a great car, at a great price, with a fair rate (for my credit), and they were able to keep my payment below where I wanted it to be. Once everything was explained and shown to me in detail, I am confident that I got a very good deal. I am very pleased with my new car!
