He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. We made several trips to test drive and still no pressure. We tentatively set up an option to buy and because of issues at home delayed the purchase. Trent made sure our deal was to continue for a period of time. He was always available to answer questions and help in anyway. Everything progressed smoothly and we were able to finalized the purchase. Mark had a very friendly greeting when I entered the dealership and after a brief discussion of what I was interested My sales person was Mark Hoyer. Mark had a very friendly greeting when I entered the dealership and after a brief discussion of what I was interested in he located a similar car for a test drive. during the drive he pointed out some of that models features. After the test drive he was able to locate the exact model & color I was looking for. After a friendly and pressureless negotiation he was able to have the car delivered the next day.
