EXCELLENT! Breck was very honest. I told him what I was looking for, my price range, and he treated my budget and needs with respect. Vehicles out of my price ra Breck was very honest. The positives and negatives of every car we looked at were addressed and there was no filibustering or manipulation during the process; Breck gives you the straight forward answer the first time. We went to 4 different dealerships before Randy Kuehl HONDA that day. At each dealership there were a lot of things shoved under the rug such as price - "we don't like to name our prices really until we know you want to buy it." Uhmmmm.... What?? Talk about fishy. Or get this - I ask them, "I am going to be paying you the money up front, cash, green money, all today. What discount would I get?" Their response: "Well, I wouldn't make any more money if I give you a discount so probably none." I am not talking about you making more money. I am talking about the integrity to take of the financing fees that I shouldn't be paying if I am walking away. When I asked how much the car way, Breck pulled out his sheet and have me the selling price to the penny. I ask him about a discount and he said, "I know we can work something out together." There was transparency and integrity in the product and dealings of the entire purchase. After buying from Randy Kuehl and experiencing the good service they provide, I refuse to settle for less in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership as they truly work for the best interest of the customer - and THAT is what gives them success! P.S. Thanks for the sweet Honda sweatshirt! :-) More
