"Pressure free car buying experience" I recently purchased a used 2009 Toyota RAV4 from Chanin Dirks. Upon driving onto the lot to check out the vehicle the vehicle which I had seen on th I recently purchased a used 2009 Toyota RAV4 from Chanin Dirks. Upon driving onto the lot to check out the vehicle the vehicle which I had seen on the website it was nice to not be immediately hounded by a sales person. After a few minutes of looking the car over I was approached by Chanin who was very friendly and simply asked if I had the time for a test drive. He was very informative, answered all my questions, and took the time for me to look over all the features the vehicle offered. I was given a good price on the RAV4 and good trade in value for my vehicle. Chanin even helped with trying to cancel the remainder of my warranty on my trade in since I would get money back that I did not know. Overall one of my better car buying experiences and would recommend this dealership to others. More
Our First Minivan Recently my wife and I decided it was time to buy a minivan and after doing some extensive research we narrowed it down to the Honda Odyssey and Toyot Recently my wife and I decided it was time to buy a minivan and after doing some extensive research we narrowed it down to the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Cienna that we wanted to test drive and potentially buy. After test driving both vehicles and meeting with the sales persons we quickly narrowed it down to the Honda. Breck Calame was clearly one of the difference makers in our decision process. He never pressured us once through the whole process. We basically told him what we were looking for and he worked diligently to get us the product we wanted at the price we wanted. Breck even went the extra mile to get us the trade in price we wanted for our current vehicle. The customer service was above and beyond from Breck and the staff at Randy Kuehl. We are very pleased with our new Honda Odyssey and we will go back to Breck for our next vehicle when the time comes. Breck was honest, kind, and extremely helpful in meeting our needs. Best in the as area I knew from the start I wanted a new Honda Accord. I normally hate dealing with dealships so I started out by getting qoutes online from 4 Honda deal I knew from the start I wanted a new Honda Accord. I normally hate dealing with dealships so I started out by getting qoutes online from 4 Honda dealers. Andy was promt on his reply and delivered me a good price, however I made a mistake and drove over two hours away for what looked like the best deal. Long story short it wasn't actually a better deal with other hidden charges (i bought anyways after time invested) I wish I would have bought from Andy instead and Randy Kuehl. I say this because he was kind and offered an initial fair price. After I bought my car elsewhere I had some issues with my bluetooth and Andy was still there to help me anyways, and even took extra time that he didn't need to do to show me some features on my car I didn't even know about! In summary if you want a good deal and to be treated right go see Andy and Randy Kuehl Honda in Cedar Rapids, you'll be glad you did! More

Terrible Experience!!!!! We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Randy Kuehl Honda, initially it was the easiest vehicle purchase either of us had. We walked in, were giv We recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Randy Kuehl Honda, initially it was the easiest vehicle purchase either of us had. We walked in, were given a price, told that "you'll get the 500 dollar incentive from Honda" as well as an additional key, so we signed the papers away. That is where the cluster began. For almost the next month we contacted the dealership manager attempting to find out the status of our 500.00 incentive and when our key was in. Initially we were just ignored by the manager and then we he would talk with us, he promised that we had received the 500.00 incentive and that they key was on the way. This process continued for the next couple of weeks however the Finance Manager began telling us that we had been approved for the incentive. The situation got even worse one day when we had new finance papers just show up in the mail. We both looked at the paperwork and questioned ourselves as to why the dealership was requesting us to sign a new contract (you would think someone would call you if they wanted you to sign a contract). We waited for a couple of days and no phone call came through. We ended up contacting the finance manager who had no idea of the contract. Instead he asked me to look into it. What kind of a sales person asks the customer to just look into a contract and call him back? Yet at the same time finance manager continued to state that we had been approved for our 500.00 incentive. Ironically the finance manager asked us to come back to the dealership to sign the papers (how convenient when we live 45 minutes away.) We refused until we knew exactly what was going on with everything. The next day the finance manager and the sales person called me saying that we did not qualify for the 500.00 incentive. When I asked what changed between that moment and our previous conversations the sales person replied that we had never actually qualified for the incentive. It wasn't until I reminded them (the sales person and finance manger) of my previous conversation that the finance manager had already promised the money. The only answer that i could get was "we are sorry" I guess to me this situation has been an absolute cluster. I never knew a car sales would be so problematic. I will never be working with this business again, If I can I'll be giving them this vehicle back and walking. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT WORKING WITH THEM. if you end up, watch the deals and paperwork, for us it has been such a pain. Too many lies for us. More
