Matt listens attentively, is patient beyond reason (even when I brought a baby seat to try out the car before I would finally choose), and makes sure you have what you want before you buy anything. Matt did all the work and left me to keep my focus on my job while he took care of every detail. He kept me abreast of his progress, including recommending that I wait until he knew the dealership had exactly what I wanted before I even drove the car! That's knowing the customer. Just what we were looking for I came a few weeks earlier looking for a used van with low miles. There was only on on the lot at the time but it didn't have low miles on it. Lovin' my new Honda CRV Mark Hoyer was professional and knew his product. Phillip Clouse was easy to work with and handled his job well. Management of this dealership, that handled trade-in appraisals, left me sitting for over an hour only to send Mark to face me with the insulting price of 287 dollars for my car instead of being a gentlemen and telling me himself that the dealership did not want my car. Because of the age of my trade-in, I was fully expecting that the dealership did NOT want my car. As a 73 year old female senior citizen, I was made to wait for over and hour for the disrepectful appraisal presented to me by the 'messenger' sales person. This rudeness poorly reflected on the whole purchasing experience. Maybe Honda needs to take a look at management styles in the dealerships that represent them. This kind of management is what makes people want to use the internet for purchasing new vehicles. More

Nobody was better to work with and worked harder to get us into TWO Hondas within our budget. He was in constant contact with me through text and e-mails and making arrangements to get the Pilot we wanted from 200 miles away. I was however, new to the idea of leasing. Trent patiently explained the pros and cons of leasing vs. purchasing and even did side by by side comparisons to show me that the lease option met my need for an affordable, dependable and safe car. I would not hesitate to recommend him as he made the whole experience hassle free. His honesty and easy going demeanor was refreshing! There was no pressure at any time, only wise counsel. This isn't unexpected for me, as Chanin and the whole dealership have treated us well for over ten years. The people at Randy Kuehl Honda treated us the best and worked with us unlike some of the other places we went to. They gave us an extremely fair amount for our trade-in and we have no complaints. A different dealer we tried in the area was almost smarmy in the way they went about trying to sell us a vehicle so we appreciated the approach at Randy Kuehl Honda. When we go to trade my SUV in a few years, we will definitely be looking here again! More
