The whole experience was much appreciated with one exception. We were told the vehicle was to be "detailed" at time of delivery. The car was not detailed as we know it, but was washed & vacummed. The term "Detailed" should not be used loosely when trying to sell a vehicle, unless it is intended to be just that. There was glue on the mirrors and around the handles, with the engine compartment that had not been cleaned as well. This tells me the car had not been prepped before being placed on the lot to be sold, nor was it detailed prior to pickup as promised. More

Just what we were looking for I came a few weeks earlier looking for a used van with low miles. There was only on on the lot at the time but it didn't have low miles on it.
